Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Effective date: October 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Reframed Insights Consulting LLC, doing business as Cinderlith Gaming uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies can store identifiers or preferences. Some expire when the browser closes; others remain for a stated period.
2. Categories used by the store
- Strictly necessary: operate carts, checkout, account login, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, and privacy choices. The store may not function correctly without them.
- Functional: remember optional preferences such as display or account choices.
- Analytics: WooCommerce first-party order attribution is enabled. Its sbjs_* cookies record visit/source information for order attribution. Most observed cookies last for the browser session; sbjs_session lasts about 30 minutes. This is not an advertising integration.
- Advertising: No advertising or retargeting integration is currently enabled on the store.
3. Store cookies
The following inventory was checked on October 15, 2026. Exact names and lifetimes may change with supported software updates or the features you use.
| Name / provider | Purpose / category | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ARRAffinity; ARRAffinitySameSite / Microsoft Azure | Route a browser to the serving instance / necessary | Browser session |
| cinderlith_review; cinderlith_review_csrf / Cinderlith | Access and request protection during private review / necessary | Review access up to 8 hours; CSRF session |
| sbjs_* / WooCommerce | First-party visit/source and order attribution / analytics | Browser session; sbjs_session about 30 minutes |
| wc_cart_hash_* / WooCommerce local storage | Keep cart display consistent / necessary | Until updated or browser data is cleared |
| cinderlith-theme / Cinderlith local storage | Remember a selected display theme / functional | Until changed or browser data is cleared |
WordPress login and WooCommerce cart/session cookies may also be set when you sign in or add an item. Square-controlled payment components may use additional necessary security or payment technologies when payment is enabled. Those components were not loaded by this read-only shop/account/cart inventory; payment-provider practices are described by Square. Administrator-only tutorials may save their completion state locally.
4. Your choices
You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can prevent login, cart, or checkout from working. The store currently has no separate on-site cookie preference panel. Browser controls can block or remove the first-party attribution cookies; clearing them resets attribution. This disclosure is not a claim that all jurisdictions permit optional cookies without consent. We will add appropriate controls before offering features or destinations that require them.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized. The current store does not have an automated DNT/GPC preference controller and does not enable targeted advertising or cross-context sharing. Privacy requests can be sent to support. We will update controls and this notice before adding optional advertising or sharing.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when technologies, practices or laws change. We will post the updated version with its date and provide notice or obtain consent when required by law. Changes do not remove applicable privacy rights. Questions: cinderlithgaming+support@gmail.com.
