Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Cinderlith Gaming is committed to providing people with disabilities meaningful access to our online store, products, and customer support.

Our approach

We are working toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA where reasonably applicable. This is an ongoing effort, not a claim that every page or third-party component is fully conformant.

Our work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings and labels, text alternatives for meaningful images, color contrast, zoom and reflow support, understandable form errors, and testing of important shopping and checkout paths. Automated tools are paired with manual review because automated results alone do not establish accessibility.

Third-party content

Some payment, shipping, catalog, or embedded components are provided by third parties. We seek accessible services and will work with providers or offer reasonable assistance when a barrier is reported.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email cinderlithgaming+support@gmail.com. Include the page or product, the problem, your preferred contact method, and any assistive technology information you choose to share. Do not send sensitive payment-card information.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) and will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative and address confirmed barriers.

Assessment

Assessment method: engineering self-evaluation using automated checks and targeted interaction tests. Most recent review: October 15, 2026. Known limitations and remediation target dates: automated desktop and mobile-emulation checks of the shop, account and cart found no automatic WCAG A/AA violations; three contrast nodes per page still require visual judgment. These checks do not establish full conformance. Third-party payment components, assistive technologies and physical Safari/iPhone behavior have not received a complete independent audit. A browser-session-specific payment-field issue remains under observation. Confirmed barriers will be investigated; no universal remediation date is promised.
